India ratifies agreement with Cayman

India recently ratified a tax information exchange that was signed with the Cayman Islands on 21 March 2011. In a recent notification by the country’s Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) dated 27 December 2011, the country confirmed the provisions of the agreement were now operational.
